Hi, Rebecca here, I am so excited that you are planning to purchase one of my digital products from THE COLLECTION. Before you buy the digital product there are a few things you need to know about what you are purchasing, what you can expect and the support you will get from me. 1. The Basics

By purchasing any digital product from this website, you’re agreeing to these terms.

Everything here is designed to keep things simple, fair, and clear for both of us.

2. What You’re Buying

All products are digital (think guides, templates, courses, bundles).

When you buy, you’re getting personal access to the content not ownership of it.

So, just to be clear:
You can use it for yourself, but you can’t:

Share it with others
Resell it
Upload it anywhere publicly
Use it commercially without permission

It’s yours to learn from, not to pass around.

3. What You Can Expect From Me

I take a lot of pride in what I create, because standards matter to me.

So everything you purchase will be:

As described
Created with care
Designed to genuinely support you

This aligns with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and payment is taken in full at checkout.

I may update pricing from time to time, but you’ll always pay the price shown at the point of purchase.

5. Access & Delivery

You’ll get access to your product either:

Instantly
Or via email shortly after purchase

Make sure your email address is correct (we don’t want your goodies going missing).

6. Refunds (The Important Bit)

Because these are digital products:

You get access straight away
And by purchasing, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right

(This is standard for digital downloads in the UK, no surprises here.)

That said, I stand by what I create.

So if something isn’t right, for example:

It’s faulty
It doesn’t match the description

Then you’re absolutely entitled to a fix, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you need help, just reach out, I’ll always aim to resolve things properly.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything you receive is my content and remains my intellectual property.

It’s been created with a lot of experience, time, and care, so please respect that.

No copying, sharing, or repackaging.

Everything inside my products is designed to educate, guide, and support you.

But:

I’m not giving personalised financial advice
I can’t guarantee specific results

Property investing is powerful, but your results will always depend on your own decisions and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

I’m not responsible for:

Any indirect or unexpected losses
Decisions made based on the content

Nothing here affects your legal rights.

I may update these terms occasionally to keep everything current and aligned.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.
