    Together, we are going to suss out where you’re going to be focusing your property search, because it’s just as important as the property itself, if not more so.     Financial viability is crucial to your Buy to Let success. I will show you how to assess market values and analyse a property deal. We’re going to look at rental yields, return on investment, the costs involved in a purchase, the ongoing monthly and annual costs and how to stress test a deal to make sure it’s real estate gold.

    I will teach you how to find your property, the different avenues you can take, what to look for on your viewings and what questions you should be asking.
